We insist on strict adherence to the policies and procedures as outlined in the MTAG Handbook to provide for a positive, healthy, safe, energetic, and fun environment for all the athletes attending the camp.
Have Fun
Advance the athlete’s joy for the game while they are mastering the fundamentals. To assist them in finding enjoyment in difficult challenges.
Be Kind
To assist athletes in fostering friendships that are based on mutual respect. Spread good vibes and help in developing an environment of a sharing community.
Cooperation
To assist athletes in acquiring the knowledge of learning how to work with everyone. Understanding the importance of being able to find the best way; not in having their own way.
Enthusiasm
To be sure athletes understand enthusiasm is contagious and brushes off upon those with whom they come in contact.
Good Attitude & Positive Language
To encourage athletes to always bring their best self! Lift others up with their words and spread positivity. Be loyal to themselves and to all those depending upon them. There is no substitute for challenging work. Worthwhile results come from hard work and careful planning.
Character Development
Team Spirit
Genuine consideration for others. An eagerness to sacrifice personal interests of glory for the welfare of all.
Poise
Just being yourself. Being at ease in any situation and never fighting yourself.
Confidence
Respect without fear leads to confidence. Faith over fear comes from being prepared and keeping all things in proper perspective.
Competitive Greatness
Comes from being at your best when your best is necessary.
